If your application to study a course or program at ANU College has been successful, it is important that you follow the correct procedure for accepting the offer.
Once your application to ANU College has been submitted and processed, the College will let you know if you have been successful or not. If you have been accepted into a program, you will receive an official Letter of Offer.
Receiving an offer
ANU College will send you:
- A Letter of Offer for the program in which you will be enrolled:
- An Acceptance Declaration;
- Conditions of Enrolment information;
Accepting the offer
Full details of how to accept the offer will be provided. You should accept your offer as soon as possible in order to secure your place and start making arrangements to study at ANU College.
You will be asked to submit:
- documents to show that you have met the conditions of enrolment
- a signed Acceptance Declaration
- proof of payment.
There are several options to choose from for paying your fees. The easiest option is to pay online using our secure payment portal. For more information, see how to pay.
Confirmation of enrolment
Once ANU College has received your payment of fees and signed Acceptance Declaration, you will receive an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) for the program/s listed on your Letter of Offer from 1) ANU College and 2) ANU. You will need the CoEs to apply for your student visa.
Students enrolling in the Foundation Studies program are able to apply for a student visa for the duration of their study at ANU College and ANU.
