The aim of the Access English Preparation course is to help students improve their general proficiency in using English in academic settings and to develop the study skills needed for university studies.

The 12-week course is the recommended pathway program into the ANU Access English program at ANU College.

TUITION FEES

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Students must be at least 17 years old before they commence their studies at ANU College.

Students must have an IELTS Band Score of 5.5 (and no other Band Score less than 5.0) or equivalent. Students must also have a conditional Letter of Offer from The Australian National University (conditional only on achieving the necessary IELTS result) in order to enrol in this program read more.

FIRST DAY 

At 9:00am there will be a short Orientation session which will involve you completing some forms for administrative purposes. Approximately 10:00am a staff member of ANU College will take you on a walking tour of the ANU campus. Classes will commence at 11:30am on your first day.
