Complaints & Appeals
Any student concerned about a decision by ANU College that affects their studies or the service which the College provides, may be discussed with a teacher or the Program Head. If necessary the matter will be referred to the Principal of ANU College.
Students are entitled to appear on their own behalf and may be accompanied and assisted by a support person at any relevant meetings. For students who are sponsored, their sponsor will also be involved.
If the matter is unresolved after attempts at negotiation or after 20 business days, whichever is the lesser, the College and the student will refer the matter for independent mediation to the:
